Return Policy

Moontower Bike Co. Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Moontower Bike Co. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:

1. Returns and Exchanges: a. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. b. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. 
2. Return Process: a. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact me via email at scott@school.bike. b. Provide the order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. c.  We will guide you through the return process and provide further instructions. d. Shipping fees associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
3. Refunds: a. Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the refund. b. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment unless otherwise specified. c. Please allow 5-7 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
4. Exclusions: a. The following items are non-returnable:
   Damaged or Defective Items: a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. b. Provide details and, if possible, attach photos of the damaged or defective item. c. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
5. Store Credit: a. In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. b. Store credit can be used towards future purchases on our website or in-store.
6.  Restocking Fee: a. In certain circumstances, a restocking fee may be applied for returns or exchanges. Please check with our customer service team for further details.
